During September, we're inviting you to take on a challenge that makes a huge difference: Make a splash and swim 10k for Memory Matters.
Dementia affects many lives in our community, and the need for support is ever-growing. Your commitment to this challenge can help us provide vital services, support families, and empower individuals living with dementia to thrive.
The Challenge: Swim 10k in September
It's simple: commit to swimming a total of 10 kilometres during September.
You can complete your distance in a pool, a lake, or the sea. You can do it all at once or break it down into smaller swims throughout the month. Every single length and stroke counts!
This isn't just about getting in the water; it's about moving forward together, raising essential funds and awareness for Memory Matters.
Why Your Efforts Matter
Every pound you raise will directly support one of our essential services, like our Memory Cafés, Young Onset Peer Support Groups, and Dementia Advisor service. Your participation means:
More connections for people feeling isolated.
Specialist support for younger individuals facing a diagnosis.
One-to-one guidance for families navigating challenging times.
By swimming 10k in September, you're helping us create a community where no one faces dementia alone.

Start Swimming! Get in the water and enjoy your swim, knowing every length supports Memory Matters. Share your progress on social media using #Swim10kInSeptForMemoryMatters and inspire others to join!
