We work closely with like-minded individuals and organisations to achieve our goal of ensuring that every person diagnosed with dementia, as well as those close to them, has access to the support they need to continue to lead a happy and fulfilled life.

Our Work

Support in Cornwall

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals living with dementia and their families. In Cornwall we run FREE CST groups for 15 weeks and a Dementia Together Service that provides advice and support for people that have been diagnosed with dementia across Cornwall.

Support in Plymouth

We provide essential support for individuals affected by dementia in Plymouth through a range of tailored services. Our dementia specialists offer personalised advice and support through our Memory Matters Hub. We run FREE CST groups for 15 weeks and other stimulating activity groups for people affected by dementia.

Dementia Training

We offer comprehensive dementia training programmes designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care for those with dementia.
