Young Onset Peer Support Group: Specialist Support for Younger Individuals

This tailored group offers a unique space for connection for those diagnosed with dementia under the age of 65. Your support will provide a critical network for shared experiences and guidance during a challenging time.

Annual Sponsorship: £1,750

Memory Café: Creating Connection and Support

Our Memory Café provides a welcoming space where individuals living with dementia and their carers can socialise and access essential support in a safe environment. This service is a lifeline for many, combating isolation and fostering a sense of community.

Annual Sponsorship: £4,250

Dementia Advisor: One-to-One Guidance and Advocacy

Often the first point of contact for families, our Dementia Advisor service offers free, invaluable one-to-one advice, practical signposting, and emotional support. This service provides the personalised guidance families need to navigate their journey.

Annual Sponsorship: £7,500 (x2 opportunities)
