The Memory Matters Hub has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone affected by dementia. Whether you are seeking guidance, connection, or practical support, our team is here to help every step of the way.

Inside the Hub, we offer a range of compassionate, person-centred services, including:

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) groups - Our therapy group proven to slow the progression of dementia, recommended to people living with mild to moderate dementia.
Memory Café sessions that encourage social connection and reduce isolation
Dedicated business space for meetings, training, and community use

At Memory Matters, we understand that dementia affects more than just the individual—it impacts families, carers, and the wider community. That’s why we also offer Dementia Training for both individuals and healthcare professionals, helping to build confidence, understanding, and skills in delivering high-quality care.

We also work closely with local organisations and partners across Plymouth to continuously improve dementia care and ensure support is accessible to all who need it.
