Here at Memory Matters, we understand the importance of getting out and exploring our local green spaces, which is why we're setting you a challenge to set up your own fundraising adventure in aid of dementia by visiting your local green space.
Step outside, soak in nature, and support those affected by dementia. Whether it’s a solo walk in your favorite woodland or a group hike along a coastal path, this is your chance to Be Seen, Go Green, and help make a difference.
Choose your route, set your goal, and explore the great outdoors.
Why “Be Seen - Go Green”?
Be Seen: Raise essential dementia awareness by taking your adventure on the road (literally if you wish!) — share it with friends, family, and on social media.
Go Green: Enjoy and explore nature, boost your well-being, and make a real difference in your community while supporting a great cause.
How to Get Involved:
Pick Your Green Space: Anywhere works — from your local park to a remote nature trail.
Plan Your Fundraising Adventure: Walk, run, cycle, paddle, picnic, or even camp — choose your own challenge.
Raise Funds for Memory Matters by setting up a fundraising page and asking friends and family to support your efforts.
