We would describe the past year as a bit of a storm. There has been a lot of uncertainty and a lot of holding on and hoping for the best … but now that we are coming out of the other side, we are grateful for every thing we have learned along the way.
Our team have become incredibly resilient and we now feel more prepared to take on whatever life throws at us, mostly because we are in it together, and we always have each others backs.
It is very easy to get lost in the tasks of every day life. However, the past 12 months have given us the opportunity to reflect on our business, and plan ahead for the future. Sometimes you need to take a moment to stop and reflect before you can move forwards.
As always, our customers are our number one priority (as well as our staff), therefore, despite having to shut our doors for 6 months, we still continued to keep in contact with our customers, whether that was over the phone or on zoom. It was important to us that we were still able to provide them with the support they needed.
